Lame Duck Session Town Hall
Thursday Dec. 13, 7-8pm
Dems Office (118 S. Chestnut St. Green Bay)
This week we saw Wisconsin Republican legislators launch an aggressive and unprecedented attack on the powers of an incoming administration. At this town hall, we’ll cover what the lame duck legislation accomplished, what it did NOT accomplish, and where progressives can focus their efforts going forward.
Representative Eric Genrich and State Senators Dave Hansen and Caleb Frostman will discuss the legislation and how YOUR efforts helped to mitigate the damage. Renee Gasch from the Citizen Action Northeast Wisconsin’s Fair Maps team will share how gerrymandering affected the recent election results.
If you want to feel well informed about what took place and get suggestions for fighting for good government moving forward, this event is for you.
