The mission of the Democratic Party of Brown County Wisconsin is to create and foster a progressive local environment by electing Democratic candidates at all levels of government, promoting progressive policies and working to create the infrastructure to support both.
The party supports its members in running for office and helps keep voters informed about candidates on their ballots. We connect you with politically like-minded neighbors so you can work together to elect representation that reflects our shared values.
We host assemblies every final Thursday of the month, 7pm at our headquarters at 118 S. Chestnut Ave in Green Bay. Please come vaccinated and masked. We also offer a virtual option for anyone unvaccinated. Login to one of our virtual monthly meetings. Register here.
Our Admin board meets every second Wednesday of the month to discuss party operations. Meetings follow Robert’s Rules of Order and include a public comments section at the beginning of each meeting where members have five minutes to review questions, concerns, or complaints with the board. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a copy of the agenda and/or to sign up for a speaking time.
We are proud to be one of the few county parties in Wisconsin to own and operate its own office located at 118 South Chestnut Ave. in Green Bay. Please donate to the Building Fund of the Democratic Party of Brown County to help us maintain a long-term presence in Green Bay.
The Democratic Party of Brown County acknowledges that its office building resides on Indigenous land and recognizes the sovereignty of the First Nations of Wisconsin, including the local Menominee and Oneida Nations.
